❄️ I’ll do my best, it has been depressing with slow totals. We’ll be heading across the boarder a few of the days to see the Canadian side of the snowmobile family hope to have a few days there to be able to really get a feel for what’s working and what isn’t on these changes
I am going to be making a few changes this year to try some things, I grabbed a BDX 50/46 helix, their light weight spider and I will add the slick shift bearing I have here in the shop to see what I think of. Hopefully have some feedback on that in a couple weeks. I have quite a few up coming trips
I am trying to decide on a helix to give a whirl this year as well, thinking a little change and add some glide washers or just skip it and go straight to progressive spring
I haven’t noticed any of the lock up on my riot 9000 this year but have had to shut down and restart a handful of times. You definitely no it when the PS doesn’t engage, otherwise no issues and I absolutely love it.
Been loving mine and even playing around with rear view cam. Got to figure out an always on though to make it true rear view at trail speeds. I will keep everyone in the loop if I get it figured out and am able to use instead of mirrors
That is a tough run but I am jealous of the new bling you have on the way. Keeping the fingers crossed that you guys get a few inches out of these next two little systems on the way
Sorry I am late updating guys, the trip north for a couple days went really well and put on another 400miles. I am really liking where I am at but didn’t end up on the rail beds enough to really stretch the legs as I would have liked. You guys were Iggy I had to pull weight. I started but...
I have noticed similar as I like the engine break too, I only noticed my primary letting go a little earlier then I am used to with my old xf11, hopefully I find good things out of this Speedwerx primary spring with same finish and 25lb lower start. It won’t be a drag race setup but I am looking...
I appreciate it very much, I need to get a place in Caribou some day. Like you guys have said, I will be pulling a little weight to start with. I’d much rather be closer 9000 then 8500, I throw boostane in every tank and keep an eye on temp and AFR to be safe
I was thinking about that and wondered about trying a few different placements on the weight distribution, I am gonna try like hell to do a few setups to test on my next trip to the county. I will make sure to get things documented to share. Will be in St. Agatha long lake in two weeks hopefully...
I shared over on HCS because I am reading everything I can and wanted to share here as well. I was excited to see everyone starting to share on the adapt setups.
I have my Daltons set at 76.3 Grams and all else stock including belt on my Riot PEFI 3R setup. No long pulls but short snaps on...
Will do for sure, and his shop sounds similar to mine. I am spoiled with cnc table, all processes of welding, got a little powered coating setup and all. But I am working towards a retire from shipping small business
Nice layout table setup, I am excited to get mine jigged up on the table. I have plenty of clamps but I may have to burn out some more stands and bolt ons with the cnc as I don’t have many made up
They make a nice machine formed oval to round 3" transition piece that should match up the flange and first elbow pretty well, I'll let you know in a few weeks. This is the one I picked up.... second try on the link, sorry about that first one...
Jefro, Yours is the XT not the tread? and the mount that comes standard with GPS is all you used there? Just double checking, I have the caddy on the way and looking at the different GPS options I am pretty sure I still have a lm50 out in the garage but haven't used it in years since I had the...
I will be installing the PEFI kit and may look into changing out that fuel strainer like you showed. I appreciate all that you guys share with experience, TY remains the best collaboration of knowledge tips and trick without question. I maybe ordering the pump relay kit also, who knows
