Hi all. This is a PSA to 2014 owners out there that might save aggravation, sled loss(fire) and injury.
I recently bought a '14 ZR7000 in really good shape. Quick once over and off for a long weekend trip North. Sled was running awesome, then died. Smelled gas and noticed it coming from under...
Update. I've put over 300kms on the Vector and all good. The post that broke off bounced around the air box and got sucked into the opening that feeds the Idle Control Valve. A screen over that opening would save this from happening.

I had a guy I know who is smarter than me stop over and we tore into it. He ohmed out the wiring and it was all good. He took the ISC and it's housing out of the throttle body and started looking at it and low and behold a half inch piece of plastic from inside the air box came out of it. I'm...
The other block lower down. All are clean. The 2 square blocks the upper has black wires only. The block beside the throttle body has only red/white wires, no red/yellow. I don't see any other blocks.
What are the issues with the earlier years prior to 2017? I'm looking for those blocks now. You aren't all that far from me and you must be having a good season as we actually have decent conditions our way for a change.lol
Thanks for taking the time to help out it is much appreciated.

I will look for those blocks tomorrow morning. Just had it out for a ride and it was come and go with the code. No rhyme or reason when it throws the code or clears, so I'm thinking it's wiring somewhere.
On a sidenote do you own the AC zr7000? I'm leaning towards getting one of those. Found a...
I've gone through all blocks I could find. I just had it running while there is no code present and unplugged the ISC and there is no change in rpm(1700) and no engine light or code flashing. I would think the idle would change or something with it unplugged?
Hello all, new to the site but I've gained knowledge lurking.
I'm having some weird issues with my 2010 Vector. Intermittently it will throw a 037 code Idle Control Valve. I've swapped in a new one and both it and the old one function normally using the dash and manually actuating them. I've...
