He speaks the truth, higher octain has less btu's when combusted,its best to only use what you need and nothing more,its also nice to have the safty net of higher octain when turbo'ed so detonation is avoided.

I am not sure where these go. And what lines hook to the fuel pressure regulator.The pump comes in from the bottem,the two nipples together go to the carbs,the nipple above the carb ones is boost ref,but where does the other go.

yes, if you ran only 10lbs of boost and the fuel pressure was at 3 with no boost reference the boost will likely push fuel back.

Ive used hylomar gasket sealant.Its the only sealant approved by a few car manufactures to be used on head gaskets.Gonna see how it works.I think permatex makes it now
