thanks for the info. However if don't place extrusions back I was wondering if track bottoms out would it cause damage to the extra cooler. (ie I have nonstud track ) Has anyone with this "warrior cooler" on the attak 06 have any problems because I definitely need it . My attak 06 ran hot again...

The cooler for the apex while not fit the attak due to the tunnel protectors. You can retro fit a cooler from the warrior but still have to cut hole in tunnel larger and cut 3 to 5 inchs from protectors. I have learned that they have a cooler in the EURO attak model but difficult to get in...

I was up to my dealer today to order a cooler however the two cooler listed earlier will not fit the attak with the tunnel protectors in place as far as I see. Without the protectors the track could bottom out on the cooler cause much damage. If anyone has a cooler installed I would like to see...

thanks for the info. I will do some calling around to make sure fit between the tunnel protectors. Also just curious if many people have this trouble with attak/apex running hot.

Do you have a number for Pioneer performance ?

Had trouble with my machine running in hard snow conditions. Contacted Yamaha Canada but had very poor service. They tell my they don't make an aux cooler for the attak. Have heard they work well on the apex. Need help to find an aftermarket cooler. Any suggestions?
