Just to quickly update everyone- the sled was confirmed total loss and I decided not to buy it back as the bulkhead needed replacing. I know I'm gonna get flamed for it, but I ended up going with a leftover Rev 600SDI. I looked at the new nytro and just couldn't justify spending that much...

ok, but it still is the same rear skid.... In my years of riding sleds, this skid has perplexed me more than any as far as trying to tune it to my liking... Please don't get me wrong- I love everything about that sled except the fact that I can't find the sweet spot of the rear suspension.

Update- Apparently the front bulkhead is damaged which means the engine bay needs to be cleaned out. 40 hours of labor and parts came up to be $4969.00. I never would have guessed there was that much damage by looking at it... Pretty sure it'll be totalled if the insurance guy agrees with...

oops, sorry about that. I was not aware. Should be fixed now. As for the sled, I made the decision to take it to the dealer and have my insurance co make the important decisions. I really do like the sled and will buy it back if totalled. I just don't have the time to fix it myself...

I'm 23 and live in NH. I've seen probably 10 nytros while riding in the NH/ME area just this season. To date though, mine is the only '07 I've seen? hmm.

I had 96 gold-diggers in my Arctic cat and had 6000 miles on the track. When I took it off last month, I had no pull-throughs and only one broken stud at the nut. Needless to say, the same pattern and brand just went onto my nytro.
