Antpal22, I made the same mistake,, dealer told me the original windshield on my '09 vector was 13" so I figured 3" more would be just great and I found the same thing the supposedly 16" one (same part # as yours) was 5" higher then the stock and too hi to fit in my trailer so I had to cut 3"...

Fusion. I had the same problem with a new '09 Vector ER loading it in an enclosed trailer using the ramp. When I was to the point where the skis were in the trailer the thing just wouldn't go, I thought I was hooked up on something, I had to get off the sled then it moved and I have wheels on...

I have had one of the jacket liners for about 10 years and other then having some problems with a thermostat that I bought to control unit it does work, in fact if you put it on HI it will roast you out. It does fit under the regular jacket nicely, I can leave a couple of layers of stuff off...

Just wondering if anyone had received any info on the 4 year extended warranty on the spring ordered 2009 Vector? I got my 2009 in Aug and have not heard anything from Yamaha yet???
