start problems

Hello, I’m new at this forum and I need some help. 2007 Yamaha rs viking/ viking pro 1000ccm that won’t run more than 2 seconds even with some throttle. Fire at first touch every time, but dies after some seconds - New fuel - Vacuum fuel pump gives fuel to the carbs - New sparks - cleaned...

So... I removed the screw in the attached picture thinking it was the drain plug when changing my oil. As soon as i removed it i realized that it was the incorrect screw and replaced it. When put the screw back in it seemed like i had to insert the screw much further before it engaged threads...
