Öhlins Mono Revalve

I'd like to have mine tweaked to help prevent bottoming. I could be wrong but I don't believe going to a "fatter" spring is the proper way to address that issue.

I agree! IMHO, fatter spring is good for adjusting ride height (sag) to Yamaha specs. I have the fatboy spring and ride height is good, but still bottom too much for my liking. I will be getting my shock revalved this summer. Does Bruce at Pioneer do this?

I had mine Ohlins shock revalved by Bruce at Pioneer Performance. Bruce really tailored it to exactly what I was looking for, couldn't have asked for a better combo.

Like the Powder Pros. It all depends on conditions. In icy, rutted trail they may not be the best, but in normal riding conditions and deeper snow they're great. Deeper that the Yamaha ski on the bottom but much wider. These thing float like boats. When I get stuck, it's always the track and NEVER the skis that sink.

Anyone else out there had their Öhlins E/C shock revalved?

I weigh (or will weigh by next fall ) 230 lbs and getting a 2007 Atakk GT.
What big boy spring and revaule stack should I get? :exc:
