02 grizzly 660 high idle after carb clean

hey fellas, I cleaned the carb on my 02 660 grizzly, now the idle is really high....too high to put into gear. I put the pilot screw back to 2.5 turns out and I adjusted the idle cable screw all the way but it’s still really high...I’m stumped....any advice is appreciated

Throttle cable pinched or not in correctly.
