I am done with the sled. Well kind of. I could ride it as is today, but I still need to do a couple of little things. I need to wire loom the wires on the handle bars, I need to a handle bar end, and may have to modify the windshield the brake lever hits it at full turn. It does not apply the brake or interfere w/ my hand so that is why it is a maybe. Thanks to SPEEDFREAK and Bossman for the help with the gearbox and thanks to Cubby for the (pimp my sled) LED'S

why did you go with those leds? they just shine on one spot or in the snow do they make it look more lit up?

Cubby suggested them to me and they were cheap. I might change the back ones to shine more on the snow, not just a spot.
I need to get it on the snow this weekend to look at it better.
