First....Changing out a bulkhead this weekend and of course my Yamaha dealer has no rivets! I'm sure I can find some steel rivets local here but does anybody know what size they need to be?
Second....Good ole' dealer doesn't have any front-end bushings in stock either. Anyone you guys know of that sells any bushing sets for the entire front a-arm set-up? I know MP sells rear bushing kits but front?

Pioneer Performance and Maximum Performance both have front end bushing sets. I believe they're about $70 bucks.

The dealer wants 163 for all 20 bushings in front of sled I fell over when he said that geez and they lasy about 500 miles

Most of the rivets are 3/16 with a grip range of about .180" - .330". Make sure they are zinc plated steel rivet with steel pull. You'll want an air riveter. save your hand
