03 RX 1 died - cut out as if you shut off key. re-started would shortly die again. Seems electrical issue as the gauges shut off as well.Anybody find the rubbed wire I may be looking for ? or maybe ign. switch ? Will not act up idling in garage, and now the snows gone...... 
The 03 are known for a rub through under the tool box at the front of the sled where the wiring harness goes over the frame. Check this and your battery to ground to make sure it is grounded well.

do what sled dog says 1st. then i would take apart the kill switch as if you get water in it it will act like you are describing. had to tow my 05 home because of this.
