03 rx1 vrs fusion 900 06

I rode with a 900 fusion this week and i could pull him by three lenths and top end was dead even ran for 3 miles down the rail bed he never lost or gained on me. if i gave him the jump same in three miles i could not get by him but would stay just behind him. i have ecp does this sound normal?

mine is not working the sensor got ruined by loseing the drive shaft berring, but he was seeing 104 on his, it was mealy snow. I have seen 130 on mine before on good hard frozen snow.

I'd say thats about right my 03 with ECP and Stage II runs about the same walks away from a tuned 800 ZR so my guess i would be close with a 900 for a 1 ton these sleds kick butt BTW my 05 has never run like my 03 even when they were both stock you must have the silver one lol.

Wich one runs stronger? the 03 or the 05. I have both a blue 03 and a silver 03 stock they ran dead even. now with the ECP on the blue it eats the silver one up threw and on top end. If they only had a good seat on them they would be perfect. put o 04 seat on the blue one much better, but still not good. how is the 05 seat?

My friend has an 05 er. On rail trails in canada it would run ski tip to ski tip with an 02 zr 800 cc efi. My dad also has an 05 er and he has an 03 with almost 11k. His 03 rips, even with the rip saw it will still out top his 05. the 03 will pull 121 on the dream o meter.

RX-1 vs. Fusion

I too have a black 03 and a blue 05. Racing from a dead stop the 05 leaves the 03 for dead. 05 has better transfer and traction. Rolling 70 mph they are neck and neck unless on real hard pan the 03 will roll a little more on topend.
I raced an 05 Fusion last winter and had pretty much the same results as Sledjunkme.
Seat on 05 better than 04 and a lot better than 03. Put 05 seat on my 03 and rides much better in stutters and a lot more comfortable.

I have seen it written here and I believe it that the ProAction is a better top speed suspension than the Mono RA. I know that my '05 RX-1 won't run with my Dads '03.
