I don't think that I would want one that has been sitting around for over 6 years. You never know what kind of moisture/corrosion problems could be affecting the engine after this time.

Being crated donesnt matter if its been stored outside, If on the other hand its been in a heated building it would be just fine.

He doesn't have them listed on his site. I remember he had them last year though when I stopped in there. They use to have the best prices around Bar None but that doesn't seem to be true anymore. I bought my 2001 SX600R New from them and at the time they beat everyone else in northern Minnesota by 400$.
