I need some help with my rear suspension. I am having problems with bottoming out on my rear suspension on sharp bumps, the rest of the sled handles real well but the rear suspsension is still at stock settings.

I noticed that my warrior's suspension seemed to really loosen up around 2000km's and would bottom out easily so I set the rear shock to almost full hard on the spring and hard on the shock mount adjustment then I set the clicker to full hard and tightened up the front shock about 3/4"-1" of thread. My sled will only bottom on the big bumps and is amazing in most conditions except for some really fast rolling bumps that are really deep. Overall I am very impressed with the bump capability of this sled I just wish it transfered the weight a bit more but it still does alright!
By the way I weigh about 185lbs without my gear and tend to ride hard so this may not work for you, just got to play with it a little and it works good.

how many miles do you have on it? Once I got up around 2000mi my rear shock was pretty much shot.

2500 mi. on mine and it appears my rear shock seems to be toast too (I'm 240, and had fra set hard and the adjusting collar on full hard also).
I'm waiting to see if there will be a Fox Float available because they can be set to make bottoming nearly impossible. (this or ZR skid)

You will need a new shock and maybe heravier spring if you ride hard....

You need a new rear shock. Last year, I replaced the rear clicker on my 04 Warrior. The rear clicker is not rebuildable. It completely faded at 1,500 miles. This year it seemed to hold up much better.
By the way, you want the skid to bottom every once in a while. However, I found the pro-action to bottom excessively on big bumps regardless of the set-up. I weigh 185 and keep the suspension on the stiffest settings because of my riding style.
