I have seen on a few forums that there is a recall on some 05 kodiaks, something to do with inner tie-rods coming loose! Check yours out and get it in to get it fixed before you get hurt. Those affected are suppose to be receiving a letter from Yamaha soon. Check with your dealer and get it fixed ASAP........Irv

Thanks for the heads up on that one. I have a friend with one and I'll let him know.

I talked to my dealer yesterday and they said all the recall notices should be mailed out by Monday? Some people have got theirs already but my dealer said that Yamaha hasn't sent out the replacement parts to all of the dealers yet. Just check your tie-rods ends before considering a ride!........Irv

I called my dealer the other day (I am located in al) and he told me that it wouldn't be until after the first of the year before the right parts came in. He also told me not to ride until it was fixed. ![Banghead :o| :o|](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/banghead.gif)
