05 rs rage pressure in oil system HELP!!

I have a 2005 rs rage with just over 5k miles and it is pressurizing the oil tank almost as soon as it starts and it start pushing oil out of the oil catch breather like a quart in 15 miles. What would make this sled do this. It just randomly started doing it

Just saw you have a turbo, if the turbo has a pressure feed oil system then a leaking seal from pressure side of turbo might be prressurizing the whole oil system causing the problem. Other wise its a plugged vent!
