My buddy is looking at picking up a 2005 rs Rage. It has 1500 miles on it. Just wondering if there is any changes between the 05 and 06 rages. I think the suspension was upgraded on the 06's correct? Bringing the weight down a bit? If so how much? Please post if you know of any changes between the 05 and 06 rage. Thanks for any info. Jord

The '05 has the ProAction rear skid and the '06 went to the MonoShock skid. That is the major difference to them... otherwise I think they are pretty much the same if I remember correctly.

I cant speak for the rage directly, but I have a 06 Vector, and my buddy had a 05 vector. I know as said the biggest difference is the rear suspension, they are not even similar in ride.
Another difference is the 05 has a 2 piston brake, my 06 has a 4 piston caliper.
Another difference is the chaincase on the 06 is labeled as magnesium, not so on the 05. I think that is all other than in 06 they fixed any left over tors problems....
