I want to add a 2" handlebar riser, do I need the pivot adapter too?

I know the pivot adapter will add another 1-1/2" to the overall height...

Note: please disreguard Apex RTX's comments, he is a co-worker (sits
across the cubicle from me). I'm sure he will respond with some smart-@ss comment , all in fun mind you.

Thanks in advance for your help.

if u go with that u will need to change ur throttle cable and maybe ur brake line...not really sure on the brake line-but throttle cable is like $20

If you want a 2" with pivot use the Sportech or ROX riser. Both add 2" with no additional rise for the pivot action. Here is a picture of my 2" Sportech ABR (Articulating Bar Riser).

The Sportech ABR is perfect for what your trying to do. You should be able to get away with a 2 " total rise, Anything beyond that, you will most likely need longer cables...BBY

You're probably asking if you need the 2" riser in addition to the pivot to get the 2" overall, No?

I have a 2" powermad, solid riser on my RX-1 without any need for longer cables worked out so, so. I'm going to go 4" - 6" articulating, or relocate my steering column??? this season. The prospect of being able to stretch-out my long arms, and stand-up - intrigues me.
