This sled is new to us. When I turn the key to the "on" position should the instrument panel light up? It does on the newer Attak we have. Also when I turn it to start its dead. Then after 3 or 4 times I try to start it it finally starts. Suggestions?

Carburetor, not fuel injected, it won't light up until started. Are you choking it?

Yes its carb it won't turn over acts like its dead. But then after a few turns it turns over and starts just fine.

Got to be a connection or bad battery. If it continues to do it after it's warmed up I would say connection. Try jump starting to eliminate the battery as the culprit.
Kill button has to be up or it wont turn over but it reads like your ign switch could be at fault or the relay.
