I have both an 04 and an 05 RX Warrior. The 04 handles a LOT easier - it's easier to turn where the 05 is very hard to turn. What should I be looking for to make the 05 easier to turn. My arms are tired after riding it! I looked (quickly) for grease zerks but couldn't find any. Any and all ideas are appreciated!

If nothing appears bent that could explain the difference in resistance, then I suspect your steering blocks (aka steering bearings) need replaced. They are known to dry out and slowly and progressively add to the steering resistance. Would be something to check; they're part #17. There is also a plastic steering collar (#10 ) that could be adding to it but my money is on #17 steering:

That's also assuming the 04 is not running 4" carbides and the 05 is running 9" dual runner carbides, if you know what I'm saying

Will need some more info.
Hard to turn when on a flat smooth surface when not in motion??
If you jack the skis off the ground is it hard to turn side to side?
What kind of skis and carbides?
Limiter strap position?
Track type and do you run studss?

RobX/Steiner/maim - thank you all for replying. Both sleds are set up the same 4" dual carbides, no studs nothing bent and OEM track. I have never messed with the limiter strap. It is easy to start with (about 1/4 of the way) then gets stiff after that and hard to keep in a turn. My 12 year old had to keep stopping and I was wondering why, then I rode it and felt the same thing. On flat ground in my garage it does the same thing. I haven't had time to jack it off the ground yet to test that way.

I've seen them get tight in the bushing '10' from the picture that Robx-1 provided. I even had one time when the only way I could get it free enough was to install a thin shim between number '9' and the frame. Not sure why they get tight there. The other possibility is that one of the spindles has taken a hit(bent) and is binding in the knuckle.

these are all good things to check. saw an rx on here that got towed out of the ditch that it twisted the spindle inside of the housing as they where pulling from the ski tips.
