HELP FIX WARRIOR HARD STEERING PROBLEM!!

I would back off on the shock preasure all the way, take it for a ride and crank the springs a turn at a time till you find what you like for the given snow conditions.

Oh yeah, to add to all my posts on your other topic (54 miles) I have about 6 threads showing above my front spring lock nut. Which mean no tension. I put in spring rubbers to simulate a stiffer rate spring, and to keep the sled low, which greatly helps the tippiness. And with the relatively loose spring pressure, I have easy steering. I really like them this way. Sitting flat, my front arms are parallel with the floor. If your springs are tight, you are trying to lift the front of the sled, putting much weight on the skis.

YOU MEAN LOWER THE FRONT OF THE SLED :?:

Yes, in effect, I lowered everything. But less tension on the front springs will make steering easier. So if the front is lower, then the back will be high. So full soft on the FRA (which you did), soft on coil tension, soft on front shock tension, and pull up the limiters so about 8 threads are showing behind the nut on the eyelet side (tight). This balances out my soft, low setting. The only problem last year was bottoming in big rollers, but the Ohlins I just put in has already taken care of that ..still on the softest setting. But the Warrior rear shock cal. is much better than 03 stock, so it's something to think about. My main concern is keeping the sled down, and this works very very well for me.

Front arms parallel to ground..this is as high as mine get...

after comparing my a-arms to yours,,, Mine are parallel or even lower then yours!!

ski presser

You might try checking your ski alignment. If you are toed in it will do as you say. Service Manual page 3-17. To much toe out will make it dart but free up steering.
