05 vector edge skid swap question

Hi I bought an 05 Vector off a fella that swapped in an Polaris edge skid. It appears they just threw it in wherever they felt like. I have Jb's dimensions but was wondering do I go with top of tunnel or tunnel protectors?

JBs dimensions? usually top of the inside of the tunnel but I am not sure what JBs dimensions shows.

I got the dimensions off of Jbshocks.com There was dimensions for a bunch of different sleds there unfortunately the website seems to be gone now. I have been searching through old posts for a while and some were saying to treat the tunnel protectors as top of tunnel others said top of tunnel is top of tunnel.

That would be inside of tunnel no from the protectors.
