06/07 RS Venture?

I just took on trade a mint RS Venture. The owner told me it was a 2006 but the color is black. I didn't think in 2006 it came in black. What year is this sled? 2007 maybe?

As far as I know, the 2007 RS Venture GT is the only RS Venture ever offered in black. Non GT RS Ventures are blue, and pre-'07s were also available in red.

Colorado doesn't issue titles on sleds

The manufacture date says 8/06 so I am thinking it is an 07. Good for me, I guess

Doesn't the RS Venture GT have a unique model number, different than the regular RS Venture?

Yup it's a 07 Venture GT. Lucky me now I just need to find somebody to buy it
