Yamaha belt has slight squeel at 15 to 20 mph. Will increasing the 2ndary twist degrees to 6 and 2 = 80 degrees help reduce this ?
2ndary is now at 6 and 1 to help back shift, both clutches are clean, sheaves scrubbed scotch brighted and yamaha belt scrubbed slightly roughed up. Tryed 2 new yamaha belts after scrubbing, still squeel. Ultimax 3 belt works perfect, but would just like to use up the new Yamaha belts.
Or am I missing something ?

Secondary twist has nothing to do with belt deflection. You must add 3 washers behind the secondary clutch to widen the space between the shives. The ultimax belt is slightly narrower so it,s not affected.

Thanks Turk , the belt deflection is not the trouble. I've adjusted the deflection from always squeeling at idle to just so it doesn't squeel. The squeel I have is at low speeds, clutch engaged. I do alot of work for the club signing trail, making snow piles for signs ,etc. With a Yamaha belt clutches get very very hot, it seems to hard to not slip. Now with trail work done I just wanted to use my Yamaha belts for riding if I could get rid of the slippage when clutch is engaged. I know I have to use a softer belt for stop and go trail work. From time to time others on TY have mentioned this.
At that speed, you still into the 2.5 to 1 or higher ratio. That is, the belt have 4 times more belt contact than the primary. Could this be in the primary the slipping is from ? If sheaves are clean then we may suspect a weak primary sping. Just a quicky... if you have few spare spring shims, put some & go for a test ride.
