07 Attak. I keep reading here that the 06 handlebars on the 07's greatly improve the heat from the warmers. What is so different on the 06 bars that would help this? Are they insulated? Was about to buy a set but I cannot see what the difference is and why this would give great improvements.

you have to dig but somewhere it explains they are wired different.
i added 06 bars to my 07 attak. best thing i've done. no more cold hands, real cold days ride at just 3 bars. normal ride at 1 bar and they are warm ! you turn em up, they get way hot, just like the old style yami's use to.

I would suggest looking at the warms hands controller. I used to run the 06 bars and they were a great improvement but I was always worried about damaging my ECU. I've never heard of it happening but Yamaha put out warnings about it.
