Hey Guy's, I have had this problem of my sled stalling for most of the season. I warm up sled properly before riding but it will stall when I come to a stop. This will happen about 5-6 times a day. I have turned the idle screw about 3 turns clockwise which does'nt seem normal and it is not really raising rpm's much. Idle is about 1400 rpm's. Anyone experience this?

Any ideas ? I have the same problem with a 06 apex with 14000 miles on it . Sled runs great when on the trottle but will stall when you come to a stop, but not all the time. Also it seems to idle low when started when cold, not like when it was newer it would idle high and then warm up and ilde at 1500 like my car.

I had a wire that rubbed through near the front of the sled that goes to the pressure sensor. It finally gave me a code 23 one time when it stalled. Go into diagnostic mode and check the pressure sensor value, mine would jump around when I moved the wire harness.

If your sled has higher mileage, you need to adjust your valves. Have a bud with an 06 Apex with 20k+kms who chased this issue for 3 seasons, exact same symptoms as a lot are describing, no codes either. He swapped out pretty much everything trying to find the cause, fiddled with all sorts of settings and adjustments as many have tried, and in the end, the valve clearances were out of spec. After adjusting, the problem was gone.
