07 Attak...Think i blew the rear shock but i'm not sure. Put it up on the dollies tonight to role it around in the garage and noticed the seat dropped about three inches when i let it down. Pulled it back up and it went straight back down. If anyone has blow a shock, please let me know if this sounds familiar. The sled only has 1400 U.P. miles on it and I'm definetly not a "jumper".

Most of them will do that. Try pushing the rear end down as fast as you can, if it bottoms out without resistance your shock is blown. If it loads up then your fine.

shock
take it off the dolly then try it
take it off the dolly then try it
Also your transfer adjustment seems to effect the "drop" you feel it will not be nearly as noticable when at the min setting.
i'm with yamadog, try it off the dolly mine does the same thing

What you are mentioning above is affected by the adjustment of the rear spring.
Nothing to do with the shock.
Shock dampens the up down movement, does not affect ride height. [ Front fox floats are the exception to this rule.
You possibly need to shorten [stiffen] your rear spring some if you have too much sag.

You need to move your preload collar on the shock ahead one notch. You can do this with the shock still in the sled. take 2 ratchet straps and use them to compress the spring. slide the preload collar ahead and move the circlip ahead one notch. remove ratchet straps and ensure that the top of the spring is seated properly

Thought I had the same thing too... Blown shock. Took it to the dealer. They checked the entire machine over. No problems with the shock. Took it back home, put it on the rollers and same thing. 4 + inches drop. Took it off the rollers and fine. It also drops with only the skis on the rollers.
