07 Idlers wheels delaminating? Please help!

87gt,
I replaced all the idlers with 04 RX1 wheels. They have a wider bearing, and you can lube the bearings when needed. Some people say you have to maching the wheel mounts to compensate for the wider bearing. that is not true. The only thing you might want to do is get some longer bolts because the nut nylock barely connects with the threads. If you use locktite, the stock bolts will still work. I hear the accessory wheels work well also.

I'have tried the accessory and SkiDoo wheels and the inside wheels have all delaminated. The only one that work for me is the 100% Yamaha 05 plastic wheels, but bearing can not be changed! That why I'm looking for alternative solutions.
