07 RS Venture starting problems.

Ok so here is where I'm at! I took some pictures to help you guys help me.... lol Anyway I put my carbs back in my sled and after fighting to get it going I found that it was running like poop. So I took the carbs back out now interestingly enough it seemed when I drained the bowls that the one carb I removed that gold cap from and pressed back in had no fuel in the bowl. I hope I didn't mess up my carb. Anyway here are my pics hopefully someone can help me identify my mystery cap as well as the pilot screw cap and may have an answer for me as to why my one carb would have no fuel in the bowl but the other two did.

Here you can see the cap I used an EZ out to extract thinking it was the cap for the pilot screw this is also the carb that had no fuel in the bowl after putting it back in the machine and running it.
