I was in the process of changing my chain case oil and noticed some conflicting info in my manual. There are two images, one for a std case, and one for reverse (which I have). The 2 images have corresponding text, however the reverse model text (image B) states "for models with reverse, (not applicable)". Does this mean to install the std fluid level in a reverse case model? As you all probably know the dipstick has 2 imprints, one for each case type. Which should I use? The reverse level mark will be significantly less fluid than std. Thanks.

Out of curiousity - what happens if you overfill it a bit? I can't imagine it would affect anything?

A bit like by how much? a once/25ML or so NO, what I do is use a measuring cup and fill it to 250ML and dump it in, no guessing.
Like 2-3 extra oz.

too much oil could cause a seal to leak
