Chain case oil level.

I have always run my yamahas at the std mark and I have always had reverse. Never a problem..

I can now smell the chaincase oil and before I changed oil I never smelled any of that?? I did end up putting a bit more oil in after all this talk. It is reading up around the std mark and about 200 of the 250ml is in the tank. Probably ok, just weir to smell this all of a sudden;

This is the first time i've ever had the chaincase oil smell, but i did dump some more in and the smell is gone.

Whenever I change my CCO I just dump in the whole bottle (can't recall how much it holds right now but it's small). I was told by the service manager that the bottle is sized for this. I've never had any issues, either.
