Rex,
When I rode Cat the torsion spring adjusters looked very similiar (if not identical) and you could buy "overload" adjusters where the medium & high settings were higher than stock. I know Grip-n-rip sells an billet overload adjuster for Cat that may fit to give you more preload.

Hey rex do you have the part number for the 3.0kg spring,and maybe the cost as well,i would like to try it out,if it is not to pricy.

garserio posted the part number on the previous page. It is 8GF-47336-10-00.
It sells for $54.95 at Pioneer Performance.

The price should be about the same at any Yamaha dealer.

I'll check Grip-n-rip. Are the other ones you mention sold by Cat or are they aftermarket.

All the overload adjusters were aftermarket. I know www.hiperf.com sells a set as well.
