Anyone know how easy it is to 'fill in the blanks' on an 07 Phazer?

I recall lots of snow build-up on the running boards last year....

Here's a pick of 07 and 08 GT to see the difference.

Not sure but that don't look like a Venture lite in the black, it appears to be a Phazer GT with the toolbox removed Like I did to mine.

the 08s also have the radator fan stock. helps with the cooling issue caused by the ice cave forming onver the heat exchanger not letting snow get on it to cool. im sure there are a few other small things too. like the updated front mount for the rear shock and the upper idelers are differnt too.

I could be off here but is the hole itself on the 08's a little bit smaller than the 07's. And are the rear black plastic covers going to fit an 07? I know the Yamaha guys I talked to last year said the front covers won't fit an 07' and that's fine. My question is will the rear covers fit the 07?

I was wondering that myself. I was at the Quebec Snowmobile Show yesterday (nice day for a 700 mile motorcycle ride ;) and was comparing the 07 and o8. It is obvious that the front part on the 08 is way different. The parts used to cover the gaps on the 08 are very different than the parts offered for the 07 and the 07 kit does nothing for the rear....

Has anyone installed one of these kits yet?
