For the most part, the Apex remains unchanged, as it should. The MTX variation does have a new lightweight "rack" behind the seat. The Apex is available in the GT, RTX, LTX and MTX variations.

I winder if they added electric reverse ala Phazer? I heard rumor of a solenoid actuation. My dealer is at the show tomorrow, and is supposed to be getting me all the new info...... I kind of like the new Nitro!

Yamaha had the other 3 brands on the ropes and they blinked. What the h___ are they thinking about. They make no improvements that I can see to the Apex/Attak and raise the price a full $1000, WOW!! They go to rider forward on the Vector and leave the old carburated 120 in when they have the new injected 130 which they offer only in the Nytro. They dump a very sharp candy apple red color option for no options except a white/black anniversary color. I was all set to order a new Yammie but now I will step back and check out the Doo's and Cats. Maybe I can find an 07 Attak GT still available if nothing else works.
