08' ball joint mod

Is the ball joint mod worth it? My nytro has 09 spindles but still has 08 a-arms and the stock ball joints. My sled does have some handling issues could this be the cause of it?

I need some new ball joints but have 09 spindles. Will I see any benefit shaving off 2.5 mm?

I did the ball join mod but can honestly say I didn't really notice any difference.
