In any case, the weak links will still be the where the a-arms attach to the frame.
yukon yamaha said:sorry guys to ask again but will the narrow stance for the zbro front end work on a 2008 nytro rtx and still be able to use the stock yamaha shocks? i dont really wanna use the 43" stance on my rtx, it would be nice to narrow it up a bit and from what i am getting the zbro kit should be stronger and a better front end,

AKrider said:Right on! Thanks for posting some pictures. Are the pics of the LH (as sitting on the sled) upper and lower a-arms? There definitely looks to be some geometry changes with the angle of the upper heim joint. Geometry changes to the lower a-arm are more difficult to see because of the shape and bends in the tubing.
I like how the spindles are boxed on the outside. The kit looks to have used different lower ball joints and upper heims. Did the 43" kit come with longer tie rods?
As far as the discussion about widths go. I'm thinking the 40 and 43 inch widths are Zbroz marketing strategy to set them apart from the other kits. The stock width of a short track Nytro is 41.3".
You'll have to post some pics of your completed project! I think the black front end is going to look good.
