09 nytro xtx suspension set up

i am trying to find a post i once read on set up for my 09 NYTRO XTX on this site i have serched an can not find it .javascript:emoticon('') any help? i am new to yamaha and heading to maine soon and have no snow to test on! hoping to find some info to help me get it close while im at home so i dont have to spend alot of riding time to get it dialed in . thanks
