Just bought a slightly used Vector LTX GT with 163 miles on it for 6800.00 it also included YES warranty through 3/2013. Do you think that was a good price? I love the Black and Silver paint scheme, and it is like new which you would expect for the amount of miles on it, owner had the oil changed just prior to selling, my only disappointment was that it's not FI.
Anything I should keep an eye on when riding?

Have the same sled with 4200 miles on it, love it. With your sled having only 163 miles on it I would check the chain case chain tension every 300/500 miles for a while. Other than replacing a few idler wheel/bearings every year mine has been trouble free. Note: In 2009 the idler wheels still had the bearings molded in and you have to replace the entire wheel w/bearing. Replacement wheels are available that have c-clips w/replaceable bearings.
