09 vector won't start

My 09 vector has sat for year and a half with no gas put gas in it and won't start not even the smell of gas can anyone give me some help

I run mine dry for storage. To start it later, I remove the top fuel line at the fuel pump and connect a "IV bottle" to the hose. You can use a tiny funnel as well. Pour gas in till it takes no more. It will take a few minutes to fill the carbs.
Try starting now that you are sure the carbs are full. Don't crank for long periods, you can overheat the starter.
If it starts and runs rough, clean the carbs paying close attention to the small jets.
If it dosen't start, check for spark.

There was some old gas in it sounds like it is trying to start just won't if it got flooded if I leave it for a day and try again will that help or do I need to change plugs
