1"1/4 ripsaw with studs eating my tunnel

what size of track and studs... fit on a 03 RX1 rearmount bender stage 2 turbo. my 1-1/4 ripsaw with 144 studs is eating the underneath of my sled, the front of the tunnel the muffler and the air cooler...
would i be ok with a 1" track and studs, need to do something now!!!!

How long are your studs? I'm running 1.325 Woody Gold Diggers.

I also took a set of sliders and cut them on a table saw so they are 1/4 inch thick.

Then I riveted them to the existing tunnel protectors. You could also use 1/4 inch thick aluminum stock.

Most everyone running studs and a rear mount had to add to the tunnel protectors.

One of the first things I learned on this site when I installed my turbo.

I had to do the same thing 1/4" plus I lowered my skid another 1/2". I run the Expert -X skid frame.
