1.25 inch lugs.... How much speed will I lose ??

I don’t really know for sure, but I am thinking as much as 5 or 6 mph…..I just put on the Camoplast 9833 (1.25)….If you put on this track you will think you have a new sled….the front end lifts with every burp of the trigger….The performance is WAY better….Its the way to go....

In the switchup from 9855 to 9833, you will notice a definite drop in the giggle gauge, about 5 mph in my experience, but should notice little (if any) drop in RADAR. This is due to the fact that the 9833 doesn't slip as much on the snow as the 9855. More efficient power transfer gets the giggle gauge more inline with the vehicle speed and effectively raises the gearing (which compensates for the slight increase in wind resistance). If you switch from 9855 to 9821, its anyone's guess, probably similar to the 9833. 9854 is a different story though, it should pull the giggle gauge down ~10 mph and the real speed down at least 7.

I swapped out a 1" polaris camo track to a 9818 & changed gearing to 24/40 & my top end is incredibly close to what it was before.

I've lost in my estimation by putting on a 1.25 and a 136" about 10mph. Don't know if that helps as there is more rotating mass than the 121 with more studs.

I think it depends on which track you go with. I see the ripsaw loosing less because of the teeth design cutting thru the air better than a solid paddled track.
