Am i looseing top end because of this? sled is stock in the clutches and i have a 1" pre studed track on it that if i remember correct is about 5 pounds more then the stock track so im not sure that would raise the rpm i would think if anything rpm would drop. unfortunatly I dont have stock numbers to compare as i put the track on at 250 miles or so and didnt pay any att to the rpms prior. would still not have if my buddy didnt get a 2011 xtx new to him with a 1.5 track and he walks me top end and he is turning 10,800 pretty consistant. my new belt has about 300 miles on it and the sled is pushing 6000 miles just tuned in the exup too.

Your clutches aren't running efficiently at those RPM's, surprised you don't hit the rev limiter at 11,200rpm.
Need to look at your secondary twist angle, should be 3-3 or 6-1, possibly need to add add tip weight on your primary flyweights to get the rpms down to 10,700-10,800 sweet spot.
If the sled was/is new, then I am surprised you are seeing this high of rpm in stock form.

Perhaps the lower lug height of the track is causing the over rev. The factory track is a 1.25" lug which would be harder to turn then the 1" lug you are describing which might cause this issue. Post a picture of the track or measure the lug and report back. You might have to add weight to the primary weights and check your secondary like apexallday said.

Maybe clutches need to be cleaned.

I think i'm around 10,600 at 110 gps!

Sounds like you have a strong motor. I would dig into the primary and add a gram to each weight.
As far as loosing speed due to the overrev I don't think so. You may be loosing in the mpg compared to your buddy that is revving at 10,800.
Your buddy is walking away at the top end due to his gearing with the 1.5" track over your 1" track.

I'm surprised you get over 60mph with that 4x8 sheet of plexiglass you call a windshield.
