Yup, 10 clicks harder than stock was the sweet spot for me as well !

I am 200lbs no gear, turn the adjuster tight to the spring side of the shock and then back out 10 clicks. This will be 30 clicks hard. It is kind of goofy as the clicks are very sutle (on mine) so it takes a while to get it.

I always thought the RA stood for remote adjustment not rebound adjustment?

Youre right, my bad! The dial still adjusts rebound.
