12 volt plug wont work on 06 Attak

My GPS wont work on my 12 volt plug, I checked the fuse and replaced it followed the wire and couldnt see a problem.

I hooked up a high powered light to it and it blew the fuse before any of this. Could I possibly have damaged the 12 volt outlet in some way.. thanks! drf

do a test light of multi meter check on the outlet
