Good day all. I just picked up a 2007 GT 500 Phazer and when I pulled out the old sliders off the rails. There is bad wear/damage on the radius of the rails to the front of the machine. I am going to aluminum weld them back up and machine them on my CNC mill. So I was wondering if anyone has a dimensional drawing of these rails or know the arc/radius on these? Cheers

I have a used pair in the shed but have no idea on how to measure the radius for you.

Its 5 1/8 in. measured like this. Best I can do for ya. Cant you just teach by following a line by hand? Its not critical.

Thanks so much Cannondale27. Referring to your pic, Can you measure from the left/back of the rail along the bottom to the point the arc starts? That would help me allot...Cheers

Will get you that tonight. I think the radius ends before the spot I have measured there.

Looked again. If it ends hard to tell. Here is measurement you need. 12 inches
