Put some new blue Yamaha sliders on the 121" rails last night and in the back they are 2 1/4" short from the end of the rail.
Is this a normal thing?
Didn't have this problem last year as the dealer's parts guy had given me the wrong ones and I cut 'em down to the end.

Called the dealer today, same parts guy said not to worry about it. More people on here are better advice!

ya usually the factory cut 121" line up witht he rails.. I know i always buy for a 144" skid and cut them down. I always order the 52 1/4" and cut down... not sure off hand what the 121" measures... but you may have a miscut... just make sure there a good taper at the back and you should be fine.
