I am about to give up trying to install the 12mm sway bar. I have been sent another one from Pioneer and it lines up the same. I have attached pictures to show what it happening. I can't seem the get the hole lined up correctly the get the bolt through. It's close. If I back off one spline it is off the same the other way. I can force it on but I think it puts too much pressure on the arms. The sled barley goes side to side after the install. The stock one goes back in very easily and can be done without lifting the sled. Am I just too cautious?
Someone please help me!

My 13mm was similar, didn't line up perfectly. Just do what you have to do to get the bolt in and all will be well.

Not concerned with the lines lining up on the bar itself, Just worried about the bolts lining up. My impression of the bar is that it is thicker 11mm stock vs 12mm now. I didn't think they would offset the splines to get a windup to put more pressure on. I just thought with the bar being thicker it would be harder to twist thus putting more pressure on and not allowing body roll.
Am I totally off?
Thanks,

Awww crap, I got a 13mm bar being sent to me as I type this. So is this going to be a pain in the #*$&@ or what? It seems relatively simple but WTF?? Any tips appreciated.

The actual install could not be easier!

you are making it harder than it is.... get it as close as you can, lift one side of the sled to releave the pressure on the bar and install the other bolt..

I put the 13mm on my nytro- it was tough getting the bolts in but like welt said, take load off of one off the skis and you should be good to go. Follow the directions on the link and you will be fine. Believe me- it will work and the guys on this site know what they are talking about, be patient.

Now Im curious.
Is the bar intentionally sprung or is there an inconsistancy in the manufacturing?
If it is intentional, which way, up or down gives the better result?
