136 tunnel extension or 144

Hey guys,

finally finishing off a long wanted mod to my 121 apex gt. Going to be ordering a tunnel extension ASAP and that’s me done.

Question, has anyone done a 144 tunnel but with a 136 track/skid? Would the difference be negligible or would it look dumb? pros/cons?

Here's my Apex RTX 136" ZX2 w/144" ext.
I had a 136" ext on it but I like the 144" as it gives you extra room if you wanted to mount a basket or fuel carrier to it.
Or if you wanted to go with a 144" later on, it's already to go!
