tunnel extension

I JUST ORDERED THE HARTMAN 144 EXTENSION KIT FOR MY 2008 APEX LTX GT.
DID YOU TRY THE HARTNAM KIT.
I TRYED TO GET ONE FROM MOUNTAIN PERFORMANCE DID NOT HAVE ONE FOR A 144".
MOUNTAIN PERFORMANCE SENT ME TO HARTMAN.

The one thing about doing this is that it will NOT look stock. The stock 136" extension is very low. Aftermarket extensions are even with the top of the tunnel, so they stick up more. This is actually BETTER, particularly for longer tracks, since it provides more clearance for the back wheels to push up.

I hate that my stock 136 attack is so low in the tail. I want it higher, maby i should make/buy a aftermarket extension to put there so it gets a bit higher.
(still keep the 136)

so how mutch higher do it gets? anyone have a photo of a stretched apex?

If i should go for a new extension, all i have to do is drill out the old one and in with the new, i dont need to cut anything right? I want to keep my old ext IF i wanna sell the yamaha some day.
